Services Provided by finoon

We provide creative and digital services including branding, content creation, photography, videography, website development, social media management, digital marketing, and strategic consulting. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be outlined in a separate, formal proposal or statement of work.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

Upon full payment for a project, clients receive the agreed usage rights or ownership of the final deliverables, as specified in their individual contract.

Portfolio Usage Rights

Unless a non disclosure agreement is explicitly signed and agreed upon, finoon reserves the right to showcase any completed work, including unused concepts, in our portfolio, website, social media channels, and marketing materials to demonstrate our capabilities.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide clear direction, necessary assets, brand guidelines, and timely feedback to ensure project success. Delays in client feedback or failure to provide required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

Project Approvals and Revisions

Projects include a set number of revision rounds as defined in the project proposal. Any revisions requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Final approval must be provided in writing before final files are delivered or published.

Payment and Invoicing Terms

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to pause work or withhold final deliverables if payments are delayed.

Limitation of Liability

finoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.

Third-Party Services

Our projects may utilize or link to third party services, platforms, or software. We are not responsible for the functionality, availability, or terms of any third party service. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own accounts and licenses for third party tools.
